We have created two information leaflets to help guide you to the best time to contact the surgery.
'Which day of the week will I have the shortest wait time on the phone?'
Monday mornings are our peak time and if you feel your problem is not urgent for that day it may be better calling later in the week, this will reduce the amount of time you are waiting for your call to be answered by our Reception team
'What is the best time for me to call?'
Depending on the nature of your call, our leaflet below should help guide you to the best time to call with the least wait time for your call to be answered by our Reception team.

Distruption to our phone lines
We would like to thank our patients for your understanding over the last few weeks with the disruption to our phone lines, this has certainly been frustrating for us all! Our phone system is supplied and maintained for us by the wider NHS, who are continuing to investigate these issues.
