Covid Vaccinations
You can now book for our COVID vaccination Clinic on Saturday 22nd April 2023 at the surgery. Please note this clinic is for ages 75 and over ONLY this is due to our vaccination supply.
- Patients age 75 years and over on 30th June 2023.
- Text invitations have been sent please follow the link to book your appointment.
- You can call our COVID vaccination phoneline 01900 705352 (Open Mon- Fri 10am - 3pm) PLEASE DO NOT call our main phone lines to book, this will block up our lines!
- More clinic dates coming soon, once we receive more supply of the vaccine.
- Housebound patients (Age 75+): We have a record of our housebound patients and we will begin vaccinating these patients from 17* April.
- Immunosuppressed patients: We will be holding additional clinics for our immunosuppressed patients dates will follow soon
