Diabetic Nutrition Talk – Monday 8 December 2025
We are sending text message invitations to eligible patients to join a group talk on nutrition for our pre-diabetic and diabetic patients.
The event will be held at Castlegate & Derwent Surgery on Monday 8th December 2025 at 6.45 pm.
Due to capacity constraints, we are unable to invite all of our patients to this first session. However, if this session is a success, we hope to offer more of these educational events in the future.
The talk will be hosted by Jen Benbow, a qualified nutritionist and fitness instructor.
Our aim is to help educate patients on good food choices and healthy eating.
There will also be a raffle on the evening, with lots of prizes, to help us continue to offer these education sessions. Raffle tickets will be on sale at Reception from 1 December 2025 and will also be available to purchase on the night.
