Zero Tolerance at Our Surgery
It saddens us to have to post this message but this week our staff have unfortunately encountered a high level of patient rudeness, racism and aggression.
Under no circumstances is:
- Racism
- Shouting
- Swearing
- Inappropriate comments and behaviour
acceptable towards our surgery staff.
We understand then when you contact us you may not be feeling your very well but please remember we are only human and are trying our best to assist you.
