Reminders

• We will send you out a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
• View upcoming appointments on the NHS app.
• Check and cancel service available from our telephone lines. Available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Just call 01900 705750 and select option 1. From here you can listen to your booked appointments found in our system and the option to cancel this appointment. Remember to call us back to re arrange!

How to Cancel an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. We are under extreme demand and have plenty of patients who are waiting for an appointment.

How to cancel:

• Call us 01900 705750
  • Select option 1 to use the Check and Cancel service or hold to speak to one of the team
  • Use the NHS app from your booked appointments you can cancel
  • Text reminder we have sent you. On the text there is a link to cancel your appointment.

Please help us to reduce the number of Did not Attend (DNA) appointments. Someone else is in need of the appointment! We regularly publish our DNA figures to the website news section, Facebook and in the waiting room.
