Have you been asked by one of our clinicians to send in a digital photograph?

Our GPs and clinicians are increasing the use of digital ways of working and may ask patients to send in digital photographs if appropriate that will help us to assess the patient. There are two ways to send in this information:

• We may send you a text message with instructions of how to send the image.
• You can send in images using the ‘Online Consult via Patient Triage’ service available from our homepage

By sending the image you are consenting to the image being saved on your medical record.
