2020 GP Patient survey
We have received our results from this years Patient Survey, this is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS england.
The results show how people feel about their GP practice and here are our results.

92% of respondents felt the healthcare professional recognised or understood any mental health needs during their last general practice appointment- National average 85%
97% of respondents felt they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment during their last general practice appointment- National average 93%
Where patient experience could improve
61% of respondents describe their experience of making an appointment as good- National average 65%
52% of respondents are satisfied with the general practice appointment times available- National average 63%
88% of respondents find the receptionists at this GP practice helpful- National average 89%
