Online Patient Triage service is for non-urgent medical or admin requests
We would like to remind our patients that when using our ‘Contact us online with Patient Triage’ service it is for non-urgent medical or admin requests. We have seen an increase in the number of patients using our online consultation service for urgent/same-day type issues. For example Chest Infections, Ear infections or tonsillitis. These are all conditions that require more urgent assistance and you should telephone our Reception Team to receive help from one of our clinicians.
The online consultation service is for non-urgent requests and we aim to reply/ put you in contact with a clinician within 7 working days.
Please note due to current demands within the service we have had to increase this timeframe that we will look to reduce again in the New Year.
The online consultation service is a fantastic, quick and easy way to receive help from our team but please remember if your query is urgent please telephone for advice. Our Reception team is available on 01900 705750
